Welcome to Oktoberfest
William Reid School Fundraiser!
What: Oktoberfest 2023 will have a live auction and an online silent auction (including class baskets), as well as door prizes, appetizers, games, and great company.
Where: The Trop Bar & Grill, 1501 34th Ave SW, in Marda Loop
When: Thursday November 2, 2023 7pm-10pm
Why: This is the only fundraiser this year that supports William Reid School.
How: Tickets are $60 + fees. Capacity is limited, so get yours now! Any tickets sold at the door will be $80 cash.
Those not in attendance can still make a donation and/or participate in the online silent auction. Our ticketing, donations, and silent auction are all hosted by Givergy. Auction items will be loaded to the Givergy site by October 31st. The online auction opens at 8am on October 31st and closes at 8:30pm on November 2nd.
Please note that tax receipts will NOT be issued for tickets, donations, or auction payments. If you would like to make a monetary donation to the school, but want a tax receipt, please follow the instructions on the school's website for donating through EducationMatters.
